Chancellor Herbert Walter Wey (1969-1979) can be seen speaking to the faculty behind a podium, while other administrators can be seen sitting behind him. The man pictured seated third from the left is Dr. Paul Sanders, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. From left to right those seated are Dr. Terry Epperson (Geography), Mr. Robert Snead (Vice Chancellor for Development and Public Affairs), and Dr. Tom Snipes (Psychology).
