Strickland, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences can be seen speaking to the faculty behind a podium, while other administrators can be seen sitting behind him. Those seated are, from left to right, Dr. Terry Epperson (Geography), Chancellor Herbert W. Wey, Mr. Robert Snead (Vice Chancellor for Development and Public Affairs), Dr. Paul Sanders (Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs) Unknown and Dr. Tom Snipes (Psychology).
