Southern Association Evaluation, photo 1

This image shows three men sitting at a table during the evaluation of Appalachian State University (1967-current) by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools during 1972-73. Appalachian State has been accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools since 1942, and was reevaluated every ten years. On the left is Mr. Ned Trivette, Vice Chancellor for Business Affairs. In the center is Dr. Paul Sanders, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
