Description

This image shows attendees at a reception following the dedication ceremony for Doughton Residence Hall on June 12, 1966, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). People can be seen in groups in a room, with a little girl standing in the middle of the picture. Doughton Hall was originally a women's dormitory, built in 1963, and held 300 students.
