The person behind the microphone is not a student. Rather he is Dr. Francis Hoover. To his right is his wife, Ms. Rena Hoover. Dr. Hoover taught in the Department of Physical Education, and Ms. Hoover taught in the Department of History.

Students are wearing evening clothes. The person behind the microphone is Dr. Francis Hoover. To his right is his wife, Ms. Rena Hoover. Dr. Hoover taught in the Department of Physical Education, and Ms. Hoover taught in the Department of History.
