Description

This image shows some members of the Home Economics Club at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). A group of women students are working on arts and crafts around a table in what is probably Lovill Home, built 1915. The Home Economics Club was formed of Home Economics majors, open to women of all four classes. They partook in activities and discussed issues of interest to members. They also participated in annual regional workshops and state conventions.
