This image shows five men standing on a stage holding string instruments, while another sits at a piano holding musical notes for music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. They are in the second Administration Building, built 1924, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). Standing on the right are Walton S. Cole and Nicholas Erneston of the Department of Music Education. Sitting at the piano is Professor Walton S. Cole.
