Commencement, circa 1965

This image shows three students in an office, one sitting before a typewriter, while another crouches behind him, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967), circa 1965. Students are possibly preparing the commencement program for the ceremony. Papers, an out box, and a half-full soda bottle are sitting on the desk. These are not students. Rather they are Mr. Tom Corbett (seated), Mr. Louis Gaston (in the middle). These two men are staff members who work in the News Bureau.
