Alumni Reunion, 1957, coffee hour

This image shows some alumni attendees of the annual Old Timers Reunion at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967), on October 26, 1957. The reunion was held each year during Homecoming, and sponsored by the Alumni Association. It included registration, payment of membership dues, an alumni luncheon, coffee hour, and a dance. A group of attendees are seen seated around a table with donuts and coffee. A sign on the wall to the left reads, "educational foundation." Other attendees can be seen standing in the background. Standing in the foreground is Dr. Roy Blanton, Professor of Education.
