Food Services, employee training session

This image shows cafeteria employees attending a training session in the dining area of Welborn Cafeteria, built 1925, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). Welborn Cafeteria was the main dining hall for Appalachian State since 1925, and served food primarily grown from the University's two farms until the early 1960s.
