This image shows four members of the Appalachian Testing and Guidance Center at Appalachian State University (1967-current), holding a certificate. They are standing in an office in front of a bookshelf. Standing second from left is O. Kenneth Webb, Jr., dean of Student Affairs from 1964 to 1968, and dean of the General College from 1968 to 1991. The Testing and Guidance Center provided counseling and advising to students, and administered placement tests to all entering freshmen.
