This image shows Bob Snead, director of the Office of Public Affairs at Appalachian State University (1967-current), standing in a doorway in the 1980s. Snead served as director of the Office of Alumni Affairs from 1966-1971, as vice-chancellor of Public Affairs and Development from 1971-1989, and as assistant to the Chancellor after 1989.
