Students can be seen sitting in a circle listening to The speaker is U.S. Senator James Broyhill who was also a member of the Board of Trustees He may be seen sitting just behind the female student with the long-sleeved striped blouse. Previously known as the Young Republicans, the College Republicans focused on getting students involved in the political process and and promoting the Republican platform.
