This image shows a group of children playing basketball in Broome-Kirk Gymnasium, built 1955, during the Junior Olympics at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in the 1970s. A child can be seen throwing a basketball while others stand around watching. Other children can be seen playing basketball in the background.
