Description

This image shows some of the members of the Tau Beta chapter of Alpha Phi Omega at Appalachian State University (1967-current) standing beside a road waving to cars. One member can be seen holding a sign up that reads, "Save a Life Donate." Alpha Phi Omega is a national service fraternity promoting friendship, leadership, and service, and it sponsored a walk from Boone, NC, to Winston-Salem during the mid-1970s.
