Description

This image shows the members of the Alpha Delta Pi and Phi Mu sororities preparing for preference parties during Rush Week at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in the fall of 1986. Women can be seen standing outside a brick building in pink and blue dresses. Rush lasted for two weeks and consisted attending different sorority parties, floor visitation with individual sororities, and invitation-only theme and preference parties. This image appears in the 1987 Rhododendron (p. 76).
