This image shows three students standing in a building where floats were being decorated for the Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) Homecoming Parade in October 1964. Cars and floats can be seen in the background. Homecoming was an annual event that included dramatic performances, a parade, a dance, a football game, reunion activities, and the crowning of the Homecoming queen.
