This image shows three men sitting at the head table during a staff luncheon held at the Broyhill Inn and Conference Center, built 1972, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in December 1980. The luncheon included distributing awards for outstanding staff performance. Robert Snead, vice-chancellor for Public Affairs, can be seen sitting on the right. Seated from right to left are Mr. Robert Snead, Vice Chancellor for Development and Public Affairs, Unknown, Dr. David McEntire, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, and Mr. Larry Nance, Director of Personnel.
