Women's Glee Club, circa 1970

This image shows the Women's Glee Club in the Department of Music at Appalachian State University (1967-current) standing behind a piano on stage in the 1970s. The Women's Glee Club was open to all women students interested in singing, and performed numerous recitals throughout the year. It was later renamed University Singers.
