This image shows a student painting a picture on an easel, with the professor stands on the right, during an arts workshop held at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in July 1974. The Art Department is located in the College of Fine and Applied Arts. It includes concentrations in clay, drawing, fibers, metals/jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture. The man is Mr. Warren Dennis, Professor of Art.
