This image shows Associate Professor Bill Dunlap of the Art Department airbrushing a large board at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in mid to late 1970s. The Art Department was one of the first departments at Appalachian State and is located in the College of Fine and Applied Arts. It includes concentrations in clay, drawing, fibers, metals/jewelry, painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture.
