This image shows a buffet set up in the Broyhill Inn and Conference Center, built 1972, at Appalachian State University (1967-current). The buffet includes floral centerpieces, candelabra, shrimp arranged in small trees, cheese, and a pig. The Broyhill Inn and Conference Center served as an inn and the home of the Center for Continuing Education.
