This image shows an Asian Scholars conference held at the Broyhill Inn and Conference Center, built 1972, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) on January 26, 1973. Three men can be seen standing in a room at the Broyhill Inn. They are identified as Dr. James Jackson, Mr. Khan, and Mr. Hauser. The Broyhill Inn and Conference Center served as an inn and the home of the Center for Continuing Education. Dr. James Jackson was the Dean of the College of Education.
