This image shows the speakers at the dedication ceremony for Eggers Residence Hall at Appalachian State University (1967-current) on October 17, 1971, sitting on a stage. The attendees include Head of the Department of Languages Graydon P. Eggers, and retired Appalachian State President William Howard Plemmons, and retired Registrar Herman Eggers. Eggers Hall was completed in 1970 and served as a men's dormitory.
