Description

This image shows a class being taught by Chapell Wilson, Professor of Education, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). Wilson taught education and psychology at Appalachian Training School (1903-1925) from 1922 to 1925, served as director of the Demonstration Schools at Appalachian State Normal School (1925-1929) and at Appalachian State Teachers College, and served as the first dean of Graduate Studies until his death in 1957.
