Description

This image shows a group of men and one woman sitting at a table in the Audio-Visual Center at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). John Pritchett, director of the Audio-Visual Center, can be seen standing on the left behind the table. Different technological devices are seen in the background, and a tray of paper cups is in the foreground. Audio-Visual Center was located in the Education Building, built 1925, and provided technical assistance as well as educational films for students and teachers. This image was taken in the mid-1950s.
