This image shows Pansy Kincaid standing with a group of people in front of the second Administration Building, built 1924, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). Kincaid stands second from right, next to Dean of College D. J. Whitener, third from right. Pansy Kincaid attended Appalachian Training School (1903-1925) and graduated in 1915. She then worked as a teacher in Watauga County Schools. This image was taken in the mid-1950s.
