This image shows members of an unidentified student organization at Appalachian High School (1938-1965), being trained in photographic development in one of the laboratory classrooms in Chapell Wilson Hall, built 1938, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). Appalachian High School was a joint venture between Appalachian State Teachers College and Watauga County Schools, wherein Watauga students would be taught by Appalachian State faculty and students. It was housed in Chapell Wilson Hall. The man on the far right is Dr. Kent Robinson, Department of Biology.
