Flying Fish, 1958, photo 1

This image shows the Flying Fish standing by the swimming pool in Broome-Kirk Gymnasium, built 1955, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in January 1958. The Flying Fish was a swimming club formed by the Appalachian State students holding their senior Life Saving Certificates. This image appears in the 1958 Rhododendron (p. 131).
