This image shows the Science Club at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) for 1957-58. The Science Club was open to any student interested in scientific research and teaching, and focused its activities on the improvement of scientific teaching, discussions of scientific issues, and the promotion of physical and natural science. This image appears in the 1958 Rhododendron (p. 127). Standing on the far right is Mr. Starr Stacy, Professor of Mathematics.
