This image shows a member of Campus Security at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in 1957. A man in a security uniform stands on a sidewalk leading from Dauph-Blan Hall, built 1929, visible in the background. The corner of White Hall, built 1924, is also visible. Campus police took responsibility for campus safety and parking enforcement for the main Appalachian State campus.
