Harry Hallyburton, president of the Alumni Association, stands to the left, Ms. Daisy Eggers, Associate Professor Of English, stands behind a floral arrangement of an "A," and William Howard Plemmons, Appalachian State president from 1955-1969, is seen standing on the right. Alumni officers were elected during the Old Timers Reunion, an annual event that took place at Homecoming each year at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967).
