Class of 1930, Irene McDade

This image shows the yearbook photograph of Irene McDade of Boone, North Carolina. She attended Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) and graduated in 1930 with a bachelor of science degree. She served as vice-president of the senior class, president of the Watauga County Club, and pictorial editor of the Rhododendron. This image was reproduced from the 1930 Rhododendron (p. 29) in 1956.
