Class of 1930, Sadie Williams

This image shows the yearbook photograph of Sadie Williams of Monroe, North Carolina. She attended Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) and graduated in 1930 with a bachelor of science degree. She was a member of the Phila Retian Literary Society, Dynician Literary Society, YWCA, Glee Club, president of the Ivey P. Y. P. U., president of the Union County Club, and was senior class prophet. This image was reproduced from the 1930 Rhododendron (p. 31) in 1956.
