Description

This image shows the yearbook photograph of John Alexander Mull of Morganton, North Carolina. He attended Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) and graduated in 1930 with a bachelor of science degree. He served on the cheerleading squad during his freshman and sophomore years, and was vice-president of the Athletic Association, vice-president of the Burke-McDowell County Club, and advertising manager of the Rhododendron. This image was reproduced from the 1930 Rhododendron (p. 30) in 1956.
