This image shows the homecoming game on College Field, south of the Smith-Wright Hall, built 1940, seen in the background. The back of Whitener Hall, built 1954, can be seen to the left. The band can be seen playing in formation in the middle and foreground of the image, with the majorettes performing in the foreground. Students and attendees can be seen in the bleachers in the background. The game was played against Lenoir Rhyne College, who won 26-13.
