This image shows basketball coach Francis Hoover, standing in center, with David Barnard Dougherty, business manager from 1933-1955 and vice president and comptroller from 1955-1965, sitting in the foreground, and J. D. Rankin, dean of the College and later interim president in 1955, in the center background.
