This image shows a pep rally being held outside the eastern entrance of the second Administration Building, built 1924, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). The ASTC 1953-54 varsity cheerleaders can be seen in the center of the image cheering, with onlookers and members of the band playing in the background.
