Homecoming Court, 1955, Billie Kerns

This image shows senior Billie Kerns, part of the Homecoming Court of 1955 at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). Homecoming festivities took place in October and included a parade, plays, a dance, and the election of the Homecoming queen and court, in addition to the football game.
