Description

This image shows the southeastern (front) entrance to the second Administration Building, built 1924, at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967). It was destroyed in a fire in 1966. The writing on the front of the portico reads, "A. S. T. C." It was located on the Promenade, approximately where the first Belk Library is currently located.
