Title

Owens Field House

Description

Owens Field House rests at the western end of Kidd Brewer Stadium. This image shows the eastern side and northeastern corner of the building, with part of the track visible in the foreground. This image predates 1990, when an addition was added to the northern side of the building. The building started as Stadium Fieldhouse, built originally with Conrad Stadium in 1962, and was renamed Owens after a major renovation and expansion in 1978. Plans to demolish the field house and construct a new one were announced in 2004.
