D[ear] children !
I am waiting my clears for a longer letter in response to my two letters. I hope dear children that you and
the d[ear] child are well and that the d[ear] parents are also well. [lt seems that she means the other
parents] I would also like to receive a few lines from Emil; I would like that very much. D[ear] Max is very
busy, and you d[ear... tire have to take care of the d[ear] child. I often have a deep longing for my little
grandchild and only wish that... stay well with the d[ear] child. Say hello to the d[ear] parents, Ernst, Emil
and all the relatives. My eyes have become very cloudy, so please excuse if my writing is almost illegible,
but [the letter] is meant with deep [actually such] concern. [1 wish you] good holidays, and many
heartfelt greetings and kisses sends you your
loving
Mother Li...
