There is significant fraying along the left edge. The document was laminated. There is lamination-related creasing on the document. The upper right corner was folded into the laminate. There is minor fraying along upper right edge and along the right lower edge. There is a handwritten "x" at the upper right corner. There is a handwritten check mark at the lower right corner. The documents "Prisoner's Song," Sheet Music 2 and "Old Joe Clark," Sheet Music 3 are located on the reverse side.
