Two leaves, typewritten on the front sides. The document is in good physical condition. The document was laminated. There are several significant lamination-related creases throughout the document. The upper left corner of the second leaf was folded into the laminate. There is a moderate tear at the left upper edge. There is a minor tear at the right top edge. The upper right corners of both leaves were torn away. There are three minor tears at the right edge. There is a significant tear at the upper right edge. The upper right corner of the second leaf was torn away. There are two moderate tears at the middle of the left edge on the second leaf. There are three minor tears at the right edge of the second leaf. There is a significant tear at the lower right edge of the second leaf. There is a minor stain of unknown origin at the middle left edge of each leaf. There is one textual correction handwritten in pencil. The document "The Lexington Murder," Lyric Variant 4, Copy 1, Page 1 is located on the reverse side of the second leaf.
