Two leaves of lined paper, handwritten in black ink on the front sides. The document is in good physical condition. There are two loose leaf binding holes along the right edge of the first leaf and along the left edge of the second leaf. The document "Madam, I Have a Very Fine Cow," Variant 1, Page 2 is on the reverse side of the first leaf. The document was laminated. The upper right corner of the first leaf and the upper right corner of the second leaf were folded into the laminate. There are minor to moderate lamination-related creases throughout the document. There is a paper clip rust stain at the middle of the first leaf. There are two sets of staple holes at the upper edge of each leaf. The document was folded horizontally in half.
