Description
Three leaves, handwritten on front sides. Document in good physical condition. There is a rust stain from a paper clip at the top left corner of the document. There is a check mark in blue maker at top right corner of first leaf. "Mrs. E.J. Preston" is handwritten in red ink at top of first leaf. Informant citation handwritten in pencil follows song text.
