This image shows Bob Snead, director of the Office of Alumni Affairs at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in the 1960s. Snead served as director of the Office of Alumni Affairs from 1966-1971, as vice-chancellor of Public Affairs and Development from 1971-1989, and as assistant to the Chancellor after 1989.
