Library Science Faculty, Ila Justice, 1965

This image shows Ila Justice, professor and chairman of the Department of Library Science at Appalachian State Teachers College (1929-1967) in 1965. Justice began teaching at Appalachian State in 1949 and served as chairman of the Department of Library Science until 1965. The Department of Library Science later became the Department of Educational Media in the College of Learning and Human Development. This image appears in the 1966 Rhododendron (p. 33).
