This image shows the attendees for Library Director W. L. Eury's 65th birthday party at Belk Library, built 1968, at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in spring 1970. Eury, sitting in a rocking chair in the center, worked at the library at Appalachian State since 1929, and served as library director from 1945 to 1970. Seated fourth from the left on the couch is Ms. Allie Hodgkin. Behind Ms. Hodgkin is Ms. Norma Wilcox. Standing behind the couch and wearing a white sweater is Ms. Mary Alice Huff.
