This image shows Professor Kenneth England of the Department of Administration, Supervision, and Higher Education in the College of Learning and Human Development at Appalachian State University (1967-current) in the 1970s. England began teaching at Appalachian State in 1971 and also served as director of the Appalachian Training Complex.
